Programme
The Stretch-n-Grow programme is for children as young as 16/18 months up to 7 years. We offer a curriculum based holistic exercise programme that links to the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ in England, ‘Birth to 3’ and ‘Curriculum for Excellence’ in Scotland. We teach children the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle, creating positive habits at an early age. Stretch-n-Grow is nationwide, please check with your local provider for programmes in the ‘Where are We’ for availability.
