20 things to help parents with the positive mental health of their Children.

Lead by example,be a role model for your children. Be positive, be confident and make positive choices. Respond calmly (even when emotions are running high): Forgive, no point in hanging on to negative energy.

Have Boundaries or make boundaries, children need them and will learn to respect them. Give hugs, praise and encouragement. Have a playtime, children learn from play. Be there for them be present. Do Yoga or do relaxation sessions together. Take Physical Exercise regularly those endorphins will flow; Love and Share emotions, Be Patient,be a good listener. Limit computer or gaming screen time.  Schedule family time and events. Always tell the truth. Be fair and consistent, don’t chop & change. Lastly believe In them.
