I love going to Stretch-n-Grow Classes at my school. We learn lots of things in class. But one of the best parts is that we’re encouraged to share our voices, thoughts and ideas. If someone has a new way to play a game or a cool exercise, the coaches listen and let us try it out. This makes me feel part of something and special.
