Children’s Exercise Classes! re start this week we have restarted even more of our children’s exercise classes in nurseries and primary schools. We have even used the great weather to teach some classes outside. Teaching children’s exercise classes outside has many distractions, Fortunately, Stretch-n-Grow coaches know how to engage our children. For more on what we offer, For more on activity levels click here With new hygiene policies, covid risk assessments, social distancing and mask wearing where necessary, classes are challenging for the coaches. But we are delighted to be back.
