In class we always have fun and we learn about exercising; we also learn about our bodies, and learn about starting healthy habits.We even learn about our bodies,our muscles and our hearts, We talk about the importance of eating fruits and vegetables, drinking water, and getting enough sleep. The coaches make it interesting by turning these lessons into fun discussions and activities that we can understand and tell our mums and dad’s about.
