Here is a Stretch-n-Grow Star in class using her pupil voice. From the moment I first joined Stretch-n-Grow, I knew I was in for a lot of fun. It’s not just a place where we do exercises—it’s a place where we learn and grow every time we meet. The instructors are super friendly and make every session exciting. We start with a warm-up, which feels like a dance party with all my friends. The music is upbeat, and we get to move around, stretch, and get our bodies ready for the fun activities ahead. I love how the warm-up makes me feel energised and happy.
