It’s not just a place where we do exercises—it’s a place where we learn and grow every time we meet. The instructors are super friendly and make every session exciting. We start with a warm-up, which feels like a dance party with all my friends. The music is upbeat, and we get to move around, stretch, and get our bodies ready for the fun activities ahead.
