I have been involved in fitness my whole life, training as a gymnast and dancer from an early age. When I left school I won a scholarship to attend a college for performing arts in London. After completing my training at college I was lucky enough to spend the next 15 years travelling all over the world as a professional dancer and acrobat. I have always felt that exercise doesn’t just keep you fit and healthy it gives you a great sense of achievement and increases your self-confidence as you learn new skills, also helping you develop self-discipline. As well as being a qualified fitness instructor for adults, teaching aerobics classes and sit and be fit classes I have an SAQ Award in developing skills for children with movement difficulties.
