Children’s health and fitness franchise, we promote physical exercise for children. The children learn about the benefits of physical activity. Teaching Stretch-n-Grow activity classes is physically demanding. Warming up, aerobic activity, stretching activity for kids all of this will require a good level of fitness. So we will be getting you fit! happy in the knowledge that you will be promoting a lifetime of fitness to children.

I was living in Tenerife at the time and my sister was ‘temping’ in a nursery where she saw Stretch-n-Grow. She thought it was fantastic and called me and told me all about it. I then saw it on Sky television; they were showing children as young as 18 months doing a specially prepared exercise class. I came up to see them and I have run my own Stretch-n-Grow franchise ever since. I started with a small area and then expanded and expanded!
